If you have never used Communispond Digital before now, go to the New User section. 
If you’ve used Communispond Digital in the past, go to the Returning User section.

New User

  1. In a web browser, navigate to http://www.communispond-digital.com.

    Note: If you have difficulty opening the hyperlink above, please try https://communispond.lochoice.com/default.aspx?ClientId=22.
  2. In the New User section, in the Access Key field, type the access key you received in your program confirmation email and select ENROLL.
    Note: Access keys are case-sensitive.
  3. On the enrollment form, complete the required fields and select ENROLL. Use your business email address rather than a personal email address.
  4. Write down the Username and Password you typed.
  5. On the verification page, review your Email, Username, First Name, and Last Name. Make changes if necessary. Select OK.
  6. On the confirmation page, select Done.
  7. On the login page, in the Returning User section, type your Username and Password, and then select OK.
  8. Your new course will appear on the Home screen.

     

Returning User

Follow these directions to redeem your Communispond Digital access key as a returning user and open the program tile:

  1. In a web browser, navigate to http://www.communispond-digital.com.
    Note: If you have difficulty opening the hyperlink above, please try https://communispond.lochoice.com/default.aspx?ClientId=22.
  2. In the Returning User section, type your Username and Password, and then select OK.
  3. On the Home page, select the Add a Course tile.
  4. In the access key popup box, type the access key you received in your program confirmation email and select ENROLL.
    Note: Access keys are case-sensitive.
  5. Your new course will appear on the Home screen.
