Use this process after an EPS Anywhere, Delivering Memorial Presentations Anywhere, or Virtual and In-Person Presentations Skills program.
Sign In To Zoom And Download The Videos
- Click here to look up the program information.
- In a web browser, navigate to https://zoom.us/.
- Select SIGN IN.
- Enter the Zoom account email address and password for the facilitator assigned to the program, and select Sign In.
- If prompted, solve the CAPTCHA challenge.
- On the left side of the Zoom page, select Recordings.
- On the Records page, find the first set of recordings. Select More ➡ Download x files), where x is the number of files in the set.
- Wait for the files to download.
- In the Windows taskbar, select File Explorer.
- In File Explorer, navigate to the location on your hard drive where the video files downloaded. This will be the Downloads folder unless you changed the default settings in your web browser.
Move The Videos to OneDrive
- In the Windows taskbar, right-click on File Explorer and select File Explorer to create a second instance of File Explorer.
- In the second instance of File Explorer, navigate to OneDrive - Communispond and select it.
- In the second instance of File Explorer, in the ribbon, select New Folder.
- Give the new folder a name that includes the program number, the program acronym, the client name or acronym, and the facilitator's first name.
- Press Enter to finish naming the folder.
- Select the new folder to open it. It will not contain any files.
- Move the second instance of File Explore (showing an empty folder) to the right side of the screen.
- Move the first instance of File Explorer (showing the Download folder) to the left side of the screen.
- In the first instance of File Explorer, select all the files and drag them to the second instance of File Explorer.
- Close the first instance of File Explorer.
- Move the remaining instance of File Explorer to the left side of the screen.
Rename The Videos
- In File Explorer, select a video file to play it in your default video player.
- At the beginning of the video, the facilitator will state the participant's first name and the "take" number.
- Right-click on the filename and rename it to the participant's name and the take number. Check the spelling of the participant's name by looking at the lower-left corner of the recording.
- Repeat steps 1-3 with the remaining videos.
Create a OneDrive for Business Link
- In File Explorer, select the up arrow to go up one level in the file hierarchy.
- Right-click on the folder name.
- Select Share.
- In the dialog box, select Anyone with the link can edit.
- Uncheck Allow editing and select Apply
- Select Copy link.
- Select Copy.
Email A Link To The Videos
- Open Outlook.
- Start a new email.
- In the To field, put Jim Moushon <jmoushon@communispond.com>.
- In the Cc field, put Andrea Potapovs <apotapovs@communispond.com>.
- In the Subject field, type "Participant Videos for Y," where Y is the program number, the program acronym, the client name or acronym, and the facilitator's first name.
- In the body, type the Program Number, the Program Title, the Program Date, the Facilitator Name, and the Client.
- Paste (Ctrl + V) the OneDrive for Business URL you copied above.
- Select Send.
Delete Video Recordings on Zoom
- Return to the web browser window the shows the Zoom video recordings.
- Select Delete All.
- Confirm that you want to delete all recordings.
Log Out of Zoom
- In the upper-right corner of the Zoom web page, select the icon of the facilitator and SIGN OUT.
