Before You Begin

In Webex, create a meeting for your EPS Anywhere program.


Download Assets from Dropbox

  1. Select this link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9ux08hipgjnu3dw/AAA8oKzgCIhPznKTqK8yL6kda?dl=0
  2. Download all the files in the Dropbox folder.
  3. Create a folder on your hard drive for the assets.

  4. Move the assets to the folder.

Share Documents During the Meeting

The producer only needs to share documents if the faciliator has difficulty sharing them.


  1. In Webex Meetings, select the Share Content icon.
  2. In the Share Content dialog box, scroll down to the Share File option and select it.
  3. In the Share File dialog box, navigate to the program assets folder you created earlier.
  4. Select the document you want to share and select open.

Share a PowerPoint File During the Meeting

The producer only needs to share the PowerPoint file if the faciliator has difficulty sharing it.


  1. In File Explorer, navigate to the program assets folder you created earlier.
  2. Double-click EPSA-Slides-003.0.pptx to open it in PowerPoint.
  3. In Webex Meetings, select the Share Content icon.
  4. In the Share Content dialog box, select the Microsoft PowerPoint option.
  5. Notice that Webex Meetings opened a sharing toolbar at the top of the screen and added Share and Stop buttons to the upper-right of the PowerPoint window.
  6. In the bottom-right of the PowerPoint window, select the Slide Show icon.
  7. To stop sharing the PowerPoint file, select the orange tab at the top of the screen to unhide the sharing toolbar and select Stop Sharing.

Share a Video File During the Meeting

The producer only needs to share the video file if the faciliator has difficulty sharing it.


  1. In File Explorer, navigate to the program assets folder you created earlier.
  2. Double-click Every Presentation Ever Video.mp4 to open it in the Movies & TV app or your default video player.
  3. If the video starts playing automatically, pause and rewind it to the beginning.
  4. In Webex Meetings, select the Share Content icon.
  5. In the Share Content dialog box, select the  Movies & TV app or your default video player.
  6. Notice that Webex Meetings opened a sharing toolbar at the top of the screen and added Share and Stop buttons to the upper-right of the video player window.
  7. Make the video player full scene, if desired, and play the video.
  8. To stop sharing the vido, select the orange tab at the top of the screen to unhide the sharing toolbar and select Stop Sharing.
