Before You Begin

In Jigsaw Interactive, create a session for your EPS Anywhere program.

Download Assets from Dropbox

  1. Select this link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/va65k3v0gux9i2k/AACwu3yIANtxlHIegtHj4B7-a?dl=0
  2. Download all the files in the Dropbox folder.
  3. Create a folder on your hard drive for the assets.
  4. Move the assets to the folder.
Tip: Sort the assets folder by file type to make the next section easier.


Upload Assets to Jigsaw Interactive

  1. Log in to Jigsaw Interactive with your host credentials.
  2. On the My Sessions page, beneath the session name, select the Edit Session button.
  3. Select the Assets circle.

Add Documents

  1. In the Assets Library table, select Add, and then Asset.
  2. In the Add Asset dialog box, in the Asset Type field, select Document.

  3. Use one of these methods to choose document files:
    • Select Browse for file, navigate to the assets folder you created earlier, select all four PDFs, and select Open.
    • Navigate to the assets folder you created earlier, select all four PDFs, and drag them to the Choose file area.
  4. Select the Upload Asset button.
  5. Wait for the files to upload.
  6. Select the Close button.
  7. In the Session table, verify that all four PDFs are present.
  8. In the Sessions table, in the row for each PDF, select the spaces in the Release and Attachment columns. An ® icon indicates that a document is released to participants. A paperclip icon indicates that participants can download the document.

Add Presentions

  1. In the Assets Library table, select Add, and then Asset.
  2. In the Add Asset dialog box, in the Asset Type field, select Presentation.
  3. Use one of these methods to choose PowerPoint files:
    • Select Browse for file, navigate to the assets folder you created earlier, select all five PowerPoint files, and select Open.
    • Navigate to the assets folder you created earlier, select all five PowerPoint files, and drag them to the Choose file area.
  4. Select the Upload Asset button.
  5. Wait for the files to upload.
  6. Select the Close button.
  7. In the Session table, verify that all five PowerPoint files are present.

Add Video

  1. In the Assets Library table, select Add, and then Asset.
  2. In the Add Asset dialog box, in the Asset Type field, select Presentation.
  3. Use one of these methods to choose the video file:
    • Select Browse for file, navigate to the assets folder you created earlier, select the video file, and select Open.
    • Navigate to the assets folder you created earlier, select the video files, and drag them to the Choose file area.
  4. Select the Upload Asset button.
  5. Wait for the file to upload.
  6. Select the Close button.
  7. In the Session table, verify that the video file is present.
