1. Make sure you have host or co-host rights in the Zoom session.
  2. Stop sharing visuals.
  3. If you are in Gallery View, switch to Speaker View.
  4. When the participant is ready to present, select the Record icon.
  5. Select Record to the Cloud.
  6. Say the name of the participant, the number of the take, and "Action!" For example, "George Jetson. Take 1. Action!"
  7. When the participant is finished presenting, elect the Stop icon.
