Windows 10 gives you two methods to capture screenshots.

Method 1: Screen Sketch

  1. Make sure that the window you want to capture is visible on the screen.
  2. Locate the Notification Area (also known as the System Tray) in the bottom-right corner of the desktop.
  3. Select the Window Ink Workspace icon.
  4. In the WINDOWS INK WORKSPACE menu, select Screen sketch.
  5. Notice that Screen Sketch captures everything on the screen.

  6. Near the upper-right corner of Screen Sketch, select the Save As icon.

  7. In the Save As dialog window, navigate to the location on your hard drive where you want to save the sketch, change the name of the sketch if you wish, and select the Save icon.

Method 2: Print Screen

  1. Make sure that the window you want to capture is visible on the screen.
  2. On your keyboard select the Print Screen key. (The name of the key may be abbreviated to PrtScn or something similar.) Windows will copy the entire screen to your clipboard.
