When you attempt to redeem a Communispond Digital access key, you see the following message:

Communispond Digital, LogicalCHOICE, and some New Horizons franchisees use different instances of the same learning management platform. If you used an email address on another instance of the platform, you cannot use it to redeem an access key on Communispond Digital.

Solution

Create a new account on Communispond Digital using a different email address, such as a personal email address.
