You Can't Open Communispond Digital PDFs with Firefox Print

Problem

You're using Firefox. In Communispond Digital, whenever you select a PDF link, nothing happens.

Cause

Firefox doesn't have a PDF viewer installed

Solution 1

Use a different browser, such a Chrome or Edge.

Solution 2

Manually add a PDF viewer—such as Google PDF Viewer—to Firefox. Click here for more information about Firefox add-ins.
